4 kwi 2024 · Best Answer. For Legacy Charter emails or new spectrum.net emails, users must log in to Spectrum.net using their Spectrum Identity and click the mail icon to access email. Spectrum and L-CHTR email domains end in .net (e.g., user@spectrum.net, user@charter.net). Log in to Spectrum.net.
If you already have a username setup for your account, you will need to log into that account and create new subusers in order to setup additional email addresses. Go to your settings, and then to the people tab, and select add user.

When signed into spectrum.net with your primary account you have to make sure your contact info is verified in settings and then go to manage users under that and can add accounts. You can have up to 5 active. 🙂 if you’re trying to access an old email from an old spectrum account.

13 cze 2020 · I am trying to create a new email address on my Spectrum webmail. I tells me to go to Subscriber Self Care. When I do it asks me to choose a Cable Provider. I have only internet not cable TV but I do have a webmail address since I joined over a year ago.
