8 sty 2024 · Only the primary account holder can create and manage subaccounts. You can't delete subaccounts, but you can disable them. You can't change your primary account or subaccount user name, but you can set up an alias email address. To manage subaccounts, you must sign in to myAT&T for Business.

At the very top of the page on the upper menu bar, select My Linked Accounts > Manage account access.
