11 mar 2023 · Since the R8 have only one card slot, would you recommend ×1 128Go card or ×2 64Gb cards? Thanks for your feedback. Choosing 64 Go vs 128 Go is "budget' related. It also depends on how many pictures you expect to take without changing cards. If you never go beyond a 1000 per session, 64 is large enough. I am not sure you need a V90 for the R8.
The actual image file size and the CF card's maximum capacity varies depending on the subject, shooting mode, ISO speed, and processing parameters. On the LCD panel, you can check how many more images the CF card can record.

7 lut 2023 · Since I shoot a lot of time lapse videos, I need a pretty high read/write speed. I currently use SanDisk Extreme Pro CF card, which writes at 160. I see CF type B cards with transfer rates of 1200. One, aren't there limits as to how fast the camera can write to the card? And two, is a type B card even compatible with my 5d?
