You can use the Owner Portal to: Get your 1099 tax forms. Enroll in direct deposit. Request a rent increase. View unit information, inspection results, and holds and abatements. Change ownership of existing subsidized unit. Change the existing payee. See your Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) history.
As of June 10, 2024, the Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) Applicant, Tenant and Owner Portal has been relocated to RentCafe. A registration code will be provided to all current applicants, tenants, and owners.
Only Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) landlords already registered with the Housing Agency will be able to register as full users. Please be ready to answer several questions designed to verify your identity based on your knowledge of your units and some personal details already known by the Housing Authority.
The Housing Choice Voucher Program, better known as the “Section 8” Program, allows private housing providers to rent apartments and homes at fair market rates to qualified low-income tenants.
