5 sie 2024 · If you receive notice that you have lost your eligibility for a TELS award, you will need to submit an appeal to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships as soon as possible. Appeals are reviewed by the IRP according to the TELS IRP Committee Schedule, which can be found below.
Submitting a HOPE Scholarship Appeal to TSAC A student who is denied an appeal by the IRP located at an eligible postsecondary institution may appeal to TSAC. The student shall submit an appeal to TSAC within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on the decision letter from the IRP.

Effective July 1, 2023, graduate students may be eligible to continue to receive the Hope Scholarship if they meet the following requirements: Students must have graduated with their bachelor’s from an eligible TN institution after July 1, 2023. Students must have been previous Hope recipients.
