I've had 2 turbo s2ks, both ap2 and my current is an inline pro fully built motor at 600+whp ama. It shouldn't cost anywhere near 20k unless you want a turnkey car. Even then I feel that is pricey. Doing your own work will save you a ton and there's some good kits out there.
