They do this with their stealth or through their approach in normally insurmountable terrain through abseiling, climbing, or swimming. 17 kwi 2021 · There are fighter subclasses in the Player’s Handbook, Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide, Xanathar’s Guide to Everything, Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount and Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything and outside of official sources there are countless Martial Archetypes created by players all over the world.
If you want a barefist fighter and that doesn't break your immersion, I'd recommend taking a look. The Soulbinder by u/FragSauce is a little harder to fit into 5e, but merits a mention as probably the best implementation of a summoner/binder/pet class I've seen in 5e.
