What’s scary is that the check out page asks you to log into an account. If you have an actual Hoka account and it happens to be the same as your bank account, you just typed in you bank credentials into a fraudulent site.

I purchase a 2 for 1 Hoka shoe sale from what looked like a legit website and paid with a credit card. The receipt showed up as a paypal with someone's name (appeared to be Asian). After a few weeks, and several emails on my part, I finally received a tracking number.
Only complaint is with the delivery company. They use DPD. Despite requesting they left my parcel in the shed (my identified safe place), they left them at the front door in heavy rain.

Very quick delivery, only one day after ordering. An initial enquiry via Hoka customer service was responded to eventually but a follow up enquiry was not. However I am initially very happy with the shoes I chose, Bondi 8, and hope they are as comfortable as my Anacapa 2 pair. Date of experience: October 25, 2024.
