The Box Office is open Monday - Thursday, 10 AM - 2 PM for in-person sales by visiting us at 30 Second St., Troy, and 10 AM - 3PM for phone sales by calling (518) 273-0038. Regular Box Office Hours – In the Music Hall Box Office (32 Second Street, Troy) Monday through Friday 10 AM to 2 PM.
Above this rose the Music Hall: 106 feet long, 69 feet wide and a towering 61 feet high. Original granite stairs running the width of the building introduced concert-goers to the ornate grandeur of the hall. Box offices to the left and right preceded a center stairway, which led to the hall itself.

8 lip 2014 · As a result of successful patronage to Troy Savings Bank, a music hall was gifted to the public. In 1870, the Board of Trustees of the bank moved its offices to a new building, located at 30 Second St, that included a music hall on the upper floor. George Browne Post was the hired architect.
Box offices to the left and right preceded a center stairway, which led to the hall itself. Parquet and Dress Circle seats were reached by using the center staircase. Iron staircases on either side guided the way to the upper and lower boxes, the balcony, and the gallery seating areas.
When purchasing from the Music Hall Box Office, you have two options to choose from: Mailed Tickets ($2.00 fee applies to cover postage and mailing) & e-Ticket Delivery via e-mail. In season's past, we have utilized a Will Call window to hold paid tickets/reservations for pick-up before the show.
The music hall, renowned for its acoustics and an Odell concert organ, is operated by a not-for-profit organization. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1989 for its architecture as one of the finest surviving 19th-century auditoriums.
