M.A Telugu or Master of Arts in Telugu is a postgraduate Telugu language course. It covers the areas regarding Teliugu literature: society, poetry, prose, drama, novels, grammar etc. The minimum duration of this curricular programme is of ‘02 Years’ and the maximum duration is of ‘04 Years’ [2+2 years] from the year of admission.

Unit 1 of this block focuses on meaning of education, its narrow and broad concepts, liberal and utilitarian education and Education as a process –i.e., Teaching, Training, Instruction, Indoctrination and Initiation.
Eligibility: At least 50% marks in the bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in Telugu as Optional Subject OR at least 50% marks in bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks in Telugu as Compulsory
