To make the build even stronger, this talisman increase Vigor, Endurance, Strength, and Dexterity by 5, but also increases damage taken by 15%. Armor set . I've been using the Confessor chest and hands because it seems to have the exact armor pattern as Guts' armor, gonna have to find this set
Blaidds is probably closest to Guts' normal clothes, but Malikeths set is almost exactly the berserker armor

Earliest sets that have better Poise is maybe Radahn's Armor... or the mentioned Bull-Goat set. Eventually you may also earn the Veteran's set, which is very good. And obligatory you need the Bull Goat talisman to increase armor Poise if you want to Poise trough enemy attacks.
