Applicants are required to apply annually to the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC). HESC determines the applicant's eligibility and emails a certificate of eligibility with the amount of the grant directly to the applicant.
Before you can review your account, you need to authenticate your identity using your HESC User ID and HESCPIN. You need to do this only once, when you first access any of the functions below. If you do not already have a HESC User ID and HESCPIN, you will be prompted to create one. Login.
