It has to be specific to your parent. If you already submitted your TAP app go to https://www.hesc.ny.gov/repay-your-loans/my-hesc-account-access and click on “Review My NYS Financial Aid Information”. Then log in. You should then be able to get back to your application information.

The applicant can apply by using the Express TAP application link on the FAFSA, or directly at Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC). TAP awards are limited to eight (8) semesters of study. Six (6) of these semesters can be used at a two year college.
