21 lut 2020 · I've tried all three (3) HDMI ports on the TV for the Xfinity box too. When the Comcast tech replaced my box the last time, he told me if the problem happens again, then it's a problem with the TV. Has anyone else had any problems like this or have any suggestions?

First attempted solution: Use different HDMI cable. Result: Still “No Signal” Cable not to blame. Second attempted solution: Try cable box HDMI in HDMI 1 port. Result: Still “No Signal”

Troubleshooting steps. Make sure all power cables are plugged into working power outlets for the TV and for your X1 TV Box. Hand-tighten all cable connections to make sure they're not loose.
