I've made a guide for Hanabi. Theory crafters think that if the DPS is very slow, and Hanabi is very fast (160+ SPD) that her 50% Advance Forward will work like a 100% Advance Forward. To be honest, I'm not convinced until I see it but I made the recommendations based on this info.
