You can get the free Halo: Custom Edition installer through Halomaps.org. You will also need to install the free v1.0.10 patch which is also available on the site. Unfortunately, you will need the original CD key of Halo: Combat Evolved for PC to activate Custom Edition.

20 gru 2022 · 1 - Acquire a CD Key ⌗. Halo: Combat Evolved PC was originally distributed through CDs. The box for the CD would have an alphanumeric 16 character long string split into 4 groups with a -. After the CD was inserted and the installer was started, it prompted for a CD Key to install. Luckily for us, these CD keys are reusable.
In order to install Halo Custom Edition, you need to own Halo: Combat Evolved for the PC. Using the CD Key you got with Halo: Combat Evolved, Follow this guide to install the Halo Custom Edition game.
