Hades II. I've made it pretty much end-game, minus final boss fight & it's been a decent experience. I'm not a usual fan of rogue-likes, etc (Hades was my first one), so it's been a learning curve. I'll summarize my thoughts in 3 for people who need help deciding whether to play early access or not.
IIRC Hades 1 Early Access made fairly significant systems changes even after the game was done from a content perspective. The game being content and feature complete does not preclude it from being polished significantly before the 1.0 release.
For real, most runs in Hades felt like under 20 minutes but in Hades 2 it feels like a similar length of time just to clear the first two regions due to how tanky the enemies are. Plus the region bosses are still WAY too tanky...
