Four and five year olds who are not in kindergarten will use all the gymnastic equipment, including uneven bars, balance beam, and trampolines. In this fast-paced class, they will practice and develop many gymnastics skills such as rolling in all directions as well as beginner handstands, cartwheels and pullovers.
Our courses include: - Explore 1 & 2 – an introduction to gymnastics for school-aged children. - Discover 2 & 3 – for children aged 3-4 years to explore gymnastics through play. - Excel – for advanced and ambitious, recreational school-aged gymnasts.
Our Baby Katz, Tumble Katz, NinGym and Mini TNT classes are an excellent option for gymnastics and trampoline and tumbling beginners between the ages of 10 months and 6-years old. Our preschool programs emphasize the development of skills, balance, coordination, and socialization.
