16 lip 2024 · Does anyone have a good image or source for the wiring diagram/instruction for the conversion to manual for the E60 M5? I’ve thoroughly searched and no luck so far. Thank you. IIRC, E39 source on YouTube did a fairly deep dive on the needed wiring. Otherwise, wiring diagrams that can be found in ISTA or Newtis if you have access to that.
Remove connector from hydraulic unit. If the specification is not reached, adjust the Clutch Travel Sender (G162). Re-attach connector to hydraulic unit. Cycle ignition OFF/ON. [Go!] 1st field should change from WAIT to ADJUST. Loosen the gear actuator nut and tighten it with zero-potential.
When using the ESC for the first time or switching transmitters a “Throttle Range Calibration” procedure will need to be done. This will set the minimum and maximum throttle range for the ESC and will ensure a stable linear throttle response.
Easy to set the ESC parameters with jumpers. Multiple protections: Low voltage cut-off protection for battery / Over-heat protection / Throttle signal loss protection. Electronic Speed Controller according to the following diagram. Recheck the wiring to ensure all connections are correct before getting into the next step.
