You need to just click and drag the .exe (in your downloads folder, the 21.6mb file) into a new file you create. Once it is there you simply click and download again and it will put all the files into that folder that way you don't have to re-download again.

gw2timer.com's companion overlay app GW2Navi allows you to use all of the site's features like event timers, WvW live map, and account armory. The bonus of using the overlay lets you use Anet's GPS feature to do guided world completion in a breeze without alt tabbing (or can be placed on your second monitor as a giant map).
However, looking at your new config file, it appears that the hero's choice chest support is a property on the map (i.e. timer line) as opposed to a property on the event (i.e. an individual box on the timer line).
