Just all around up the risk vs reward of the stealth/stealth attack balance and make the playstyle of stealthing thieves much more aggressive. You could probably even go back to 3s reveal with this change too to make it 6 base 3 refund. Chaining stealth just needs to be punished.

3 mar 2022 · So according to this wiki page dusk and dawn are only 5 minutes of IRL time, after either 70 minutes of day or 40 minutes of night. Some fish, such as the Taimen, are available at "Dusk/Dawn".
