I did gua sha for 2 weeks, morning and night. I didn’t notice a difference in the mirror, BUT, I did take before and after photos. And yes, the difference is there. Double chin reduced (I do focus on the area) plus my face looked wider somehow, like it was all a bit lifted. It’s subtle. It’s not like having a face lift.
