8 gru 2018 · I saw some solutions for starting the Game in a Window, but looks so awful and EVERYBODY wants to run it in FULL SCREEN. So here is the SOLUTION. Worked for me and the Game is Running absolutely FINE.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, we would request you to try the below troubleshooting steps. Go to your GTA IV folder and search for GTA IV.EXE > Right click on the mouse and click on Properties --> Compatibility and check the box that says Disable Full Screen Optimization.

8 gru 2008 · 1. Create a shortcut on your desktop to the LaunchGTAIV.exe - by default this will be in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV. 2. Right click the shortcut and click Properties. 3. Make sure the Shortcut tab is selected.
3 lis 2015 · I can't even make GTA4 load with HD4000 graphics, but the setup screen still uses the 4:3 aspect ratio when I select 1280x960. And while this trick may work with Integrated graphics, or on laptops (I've never used a laptop)
