6 lip 2020 · I recently pulled the muffler and examined the exhaust flap valve. Well it was frozen in open position so I disconnected the servo cables applied heat and PB blaster and got it moving freely and able to spring back from closed position.

13 paź 2014 · Outcome is the servo is faulty with too high pressure. Two options presented to me the first is a BMW replacement part at over $3500 (Canadian). The second option a replacement part (rebuild) from R H Electronics in Germany at around $1800 (Canadian).
27 lut 2013 · After many hours of research the problem was the elect assist servo module with ABS. Because of the cost this is how to remove the module pump, re-plumb brake pipes and split the pump keeping the module intact to ensure brake switches and speedo still work.
8 mar 2017 · Servo motors - hooked up a 12V battery to each motor in turn and all seem to run smoothly from the 2 R1200 units but the ones from the R1150 units do nothing. ABS Solenoids - I just measured the resistance of the coil - I got 1.5 Ohms on all 6 solenoids so I am assuming they are all good:

29 maj 2017 · You may expect one or both of motors running depends how many are dead ( above 30bar or below 10bar. I would not install them because even good ones will fail soon. In attached pictures please find some parts of new sensors, new housing and modified o-ring installation.
