Annual water bills are sent out to owners July 1st and are due by September 1st each year. Bills will be mailed to the owners preferred mailing address on file. Boat Slips, Moorings and Docks are maintained, and assigned annually by the Association for the use of owners.
Season or Daily passes are required to access Eastern Point Beach each year beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor day weekend. Check back in February-March 2025 for the 2025 season information.
