25 mar 2024 · As Greeks, this is a meal we always enjoy on March 25th, the day of Greek Independence and the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. It is a delicious combination of salt cod, lightly floured and then fried, served with a side of very garlicky, and tangy mashed potatoes.
