APPLICATION & EXAM PROCEDURES • Submit application, application fee and required documentation to PSI licensure certification. You will then be issued an Examination Eligibility postcard. See PSI “Candidate Information Bulletin” for current application fee. Applications are valid for one (1) year. After that, submit a new application and fee.
