The Payroll Online Service Center (POSC) allows employees to review and print online pay checks, year-to-date pay history, W2s, change direct deposit and most tax updates. In most cases, duplicate W-2s may be obtained by logging on to CPB’s Payroll Online Service Center (POSC) portal. Employees unable to access POSC or print a copy of their W-2 from POSC may request a copy directly from CPB by calling 410-260-7964 beginning on February 7, 2024.
POSC, the Payroll Online Service Center, is a secured access website that was created by the State of Maryland’s Central Payroll Bureau in June 2005. The site allows employees to view an electronic version of their pay stub, W-2 form and other payroll-related information.
The current release of POSC provides the following services: Online view and print of 12 rolling months of most recent pay stub information. Online view and print of year end (Prior Year) pay stub information. Ability to eliminate the Central Payroll Bureau printed copy of your pay advice.
