Required Forms. 2024-25 Online Registration (If your child is entering kindergarten and has completed preschool screening in 318, there is no need to complete an enrollment form.) Student Busing Request - you must complete this form to request transportation for your student.
After a completed Enrollment Form is received by the Central Student Enrollment office, the student will be assigned to an elementary school according to home area and space availability. In the summer, notification of placement will be mailed to the family.
