  5. 17 sie 2023 · Update. After many hours of trying and testing solutions we have found that the cause of my problem was due to the amount of Mhz my GPU was drawing. Creating a slight negative offset in Mhz (in my case) within MSI Afterburner likely reduced the power being consumed by the GPU.

I suspected overheating, but the task manager shows 47°C~53°C, which is within the range where Zero RPM is enabled. I have not ever used AMD Radeon Software or any third party software to control the RPM at all.
