19 lut 2018 · I've tried stress testing the GPU using Adrenalin and I've noticed that during the tests the 12V motherboard PSU voltage goes down to 11.5V, and the GPU VRM voltage goes all the way to 11.3V. Is that too low?
9 mar 2023 · My 4090 has been doing this (display off, fans 100%, drivers crashed but still in windows just no GPU probably) with the Cablemod cable, stopped on the OEM one, so might be a power issue to the GPU. Reactions: Space Lynx and Thimblewad
17 sie 2023 · From my testing since cleaning, the CPU barely hits 80C and my GPU peaks at around 72C now in games, hot spots hit 80C briefly. After taking the GPU apart I found that there was a build up of thermal paste covering some of the soldering surrounding the chip.
