the native weather app in macos ventura is sufficient. You can type “Weather” in Spotlight, that’s also a native and easy way to get the weather. I use Carrot on my iPhone and iPad. They also have a Mac app, but I don’t use that as often. I’ve used a free menu bar app called Meteorologist for maybe a decade.
