I use the Weather for Status-Bar app in the Mac AppStore. It’s a nice app, not too detailed, but it shows the current weather conditions with a little nifty icon and text temperature in the menu bar. It’s free. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/weather-for-status-bar/id1448031908?mt=12
the native weather app in macos ventura is sufficient. You can type “Weather” in Spotlight, that’s also a native and easy way to get the weather. I use Carrot on my iPhone and iPad. They also have a Mac app, but I don’t use that as often. I’ve used a free menu bar app called Meteorologist for maybe a decade.
