12 wrz 2023 · Drove the Accord home, and hoped I'd find the battery *not* fully charged (if it was, then the battery would not be the culprit.). Some *hopeful* news... it was still 'charging' (per the indicator light on the charger).
3 cze 2012 · Intermittent flashing battery, and "battery not charging" on the cluster. First off, check your fusible link wire. It attaches to the top of the back of the alternator ( 10 mm nut under a boot).

When Generator operation is desired, the PCM sends a 5 volt signal to the voltage regulator via the generator turn on signal circuit. This causes the voltage regulator to begin controlling the generator field circuit.

The voltage meter went from 12, and slowly dropped down to 0 and the truck stalled out. from 12v - 0v took about 1 full minute. I left it on a small trickle charger over night til it read fully charged.

16 sie 2016 · going home last night I noticed the battery not charging message and the battery light would come on for 10 seconds and then go off for 3-4 seconds. this cycle repeated itself for the rest of the drive home for about 30 minutes. Voltage has indicating around 12 volts.
7 sty 2011 · It sounds like your battery will still charge while you drive until your alternator gets worse. I guess it could possibly be a slipping belt too.
