28 maj 2019 · When I create an email in Gmail running in Chrome and try to attach a Word or Excel file from my documents folder, the attach process freezes and I see the message Open (Not Responding) in the File Explorer window.
30 kwi 2011 · Outlook crashes when attaching a file to email message. In outlook 2007, when I attach a file using the attach button, outlook will freeze and crash, but I can drag a file to my email message and it will work fine. I have tried a reinstall but no luck. any suggestions?

2 lis 2020 · I compose an email, click the attachment icon, get into File Explorer, click on the document I want to attach, and then it freezes. I get a 'Not Responding' error and the prompt to close the program or wait for the program to respond. Neither helps, and the email application shuts down.
