22 kwi 2016 · I just had my engine, alternator, and battery replaced. Now what's going on is when I'm driving, all of a sudden the radio starts going on/off, my doors start locking/unlocking by themselves, the A/C will come on all as if the alternator is going bad.
7 wrz 2012 · My wife and I have electronic fobs that can be used to lock and unlock the car door. The electronic signals between the fob and the car were out of whack and the car lock kept going on all by itself. I pulled the battery from the fobs and the problem was solved.
28 lis 2022 · Find the fuse for the door locks and remove it until you have the time and money to fix on it. It's probably just one or both lock switches on the front doors, but it could be a frayed wire or other issue.
2 cze 2016 · If there is a conflict in one of the door locks that tells the module it is not closed or not locked, the module will cycle the locks. First, try replacing the remote battery to be sure it is not causing the issue. The remote should also be checked for stuck buttons.
18 maj 2022 · Issue: Driver Door Lock. Description of Problem: When locking the door, it makes an initial lock click and then does another one right after but the door doesn't lock. Pushing down on the lock causes it to lock all the other doors in the car and then the driver door unlocks itself.
I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab. The drivers side front door will unlock with keyless entry or door controls but immediately lock again. All other doors will stay locked. Any ideas what cause this?
