Perhaps go into settings and check for updates (didn't work for me when I tried when I posted before) or wait for Amazon to send the update (believe they stagger sending updates). Bottom line: after today's 4k Firestick update, Channel Guide logos have returned.
25 paź 2021 · Here are some troubleshooting you can try: Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select My Fire TV. Select About. Select Check for System Update. Use the power cord or adapter included with your device to plug the Fire TV device. This ensures Fire TV has access to enough power.
Anybody else been having an issue lately where the channel guide will only partially load or not at all, often resulting in a sort of softlock when you try to scroll through the guide? It seems to mostly happen after I turn my TV back on after it being off for a while.
23 sie 2021 · Can't stream 4k video on 4k TV. Make sure the service/subscription allows 4k streaming; some videos, like on YouTube, will have an option to choose the resolution, so make sure it's set to 4k. Make sure your wireless network and internet connection have sufficient bandwidth (usually at least 25 Mbps).
I use a FireTV Recast with a FireStick 4k Max and for the last 2 or 3 days the channel information in the TV guide for Prime video channel subscriptions (e.g. STARZ) just says "Program information currently unavailable."
