Donald David Dixon Ronald O'Connor (August 28, 1925 – September 27, 2003) was an American dancer, singer and actor. He came to fame in a series of films in which he co-starred, in succession, with Gloria Jean, Peggy Ryan, and Francis the Talking Mule.
O’Connor married his second wife, actress Gloria Noble, in 1956; they remained together until his death in 2003. They had three children, son Donald Frederick, daughter Alicia, and son Kevin. Noble died in 2013.

At the age of 78, O'Connor died of heart failure on September 27, 2003, at the Motion Picture Country Home and Hospital in Woodland Hills, CA. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; four children, his niece, Patty O'Connor Norton; and four grandchildren.
