21 cze 2016 · The bump on the Gen4 trigger bar is only necessary if the magazine catch is reversed. If you aren't reversing the mag catch the reliability with the Gen3 trigger bar is the same as the Gen4.
20 kwi 2018 · Gen 3 trigger bar, without the bump, can in certain circumstances (mainly, but not solely, left handed shooters) ride back during trigger pull without pushing the firing pin safety up. The result, the horrible sound of a "click" when you expected a "bang", perhaps followed by your death.
16 gru 2017 · I replaced the trigger/trigger bar assembly on my Gen 4 Glock 19 with a Gen 3 trigger bar to get the smooth faced trigger. I can't say I noticed any reduction in trigger pull weight or improved smoothness, however.
The trigger bar on the Glock 19 Gen 4 features a small bump. This serves to center the trigger bar on the firing pin safety, which is one of the three parts of the Glock safe-fire action. When it comes to a Glock Gen 3 Vs. Gen 4, you can change the trigger bar from the Gen 3 to the Gen 4 or the other way around.

26 kwi 2015 · Try and put your gen3 triggerbar in your gen4. I am pretty sure it is because of the bump on gen4 triggerbar. The bump causes the trigger bar to hit the safety pin straight on. Where on the gen3 can move a bit sideways engaging the safety.
12 maj 2013 · I just bought a Gen4 mod (22), this thing has that darn new trigger bar with the bump on it. I though the idea of that bump was to force the trigger bar cam to run centered on the firing pin block?
