1 kwi 2016 · The 30sf is a smooth shooter. For me I see no difference in recoil between a 23 with 180grn HST and the 30s shooting 230grn HST. So if size and weight is an issue I carry the 23 with extra ammo capacity. The 30sf just shoots the 230grn great, even the +p.

Just wondering what you guys think some of the advantages and disadvantages are in comparison! I prefer my .45 ACP guns chambered in 10mm. Carried a Glock 36 for years... held a 30s and traded in on the spot. +4 rounds, same profile as the 36 and the same slide, fits my hands better, and can use Glock 21 mags so that’s my spare carry mag.

26 lip 2021 · The Glock 30S, SF has a slide that is taken from the Glock 36, and it is thinner and trimmer. The nickname used by Jim Rawles for the Glock 30S is the “Glock 30-Skinny”, and it is his preferred carry gun–often with a 13-round Model 21 magazine and a “filler” ring. The 30S barrel is still the same length, at 3.8-inches.
