So if you hand load down to the Minor floor, in IDPA SSP Division, for example, you could go to 13 or 15 lb springs.

20 maj 2007 · I shoot only 147gr and it does seem to have more recoil than 115gr, so I'm thinking that the stock 17lb. spring is weaker than necessary if I'm shooting only 147 gr. bullets. I'm thinking about the Glockmeister captured tungsten guide rod with a 20 lb. spring.

23 sie 2021 · I find my slide racking hard at factory 17lbs. I have a Lone 17lb Stainless Steel Guide Rod assembly in my G17 slide. I only shoot IMI 9mm 115gr FMJ for now. Would a 13 pound Stainless Steel Guide Rod work OK for 115gr? Do you prefer Wolff or ISMI springs?
