  1. 20 maj 2007 · What would be the best weight spring to use with a G17? I shoot only 147gr and it does seem to have more recoil than 115gr, so I'm thinking that the stock 17lb. spring is weaker than necessary if I'm shooting only 147 gr. bullets. I'm thinking about the Glockmeister captured tungsten guide rod with a 20 lb. spring. Is that reasonable?

  7. 10 lip 2010 · I'm planning on buying a Wolff guide rod and spring combo for my G27 (stock one broke). What's the difference between the 14lbs, 16lbs, etc. (goes all the way up to 24lbs)? Is it a functional thing that I won't notice the difference? Or will it functionally be the same but would effect my shooting?
