23 kwi 2022 · I had globus sensation, in addition to other symptoms such as constant throat clearing and post nasal drip, for years (but no heartburn so did not recognize this as acid reflux). No one ever diagnosed me with reflux and my endoscopies and laryngoscopies have always been clean with normal mucosa.
