I was false banned for "Privacy: Giving PII". I appealed, but the response (from most likely a bot) was that my email "wasn't valid for my account," and that I should "re-send an appeal with an email connected to it." My email is connected the acc. They did not watch the video attached to my appeal.

[Giving PII- Giving personal identifiable information]. I heard this is some kind of ban wave that's been going around where any account with actual human names are being terminated at random. I just also recieved this exact same thing 2 days ago & I've sent out 2 appeals so far.

23 maj 2023 · There is sadly, one hefty requirement in order to force Roblox to provide the information held of your person by Roblox. You need to be based in a jurisdiction that provides privacy rights, Roblox verifies this by using a third-party verification platform known as Veriff.

However, GDPR and CCPA have broader definitions for personal information which can also cover information that does not directly link to a specific individual, such as user IDs or IP addresses.
23 sty 2024 · Roblox won’t ever do all the effort to check if a potential PII is real or not. Imagine someone posts an image with your phone number saying “it’s not real, believe me”… Roblox wouldn’t ever be able to verify all the possible scenarios.
