3 sie 2019 · Currently a suggested 'solution' is to downgrade to Gimp 2.10.2 which is the most recent version where this issue does not occur. EDIT (and a correction): I have had to downgrade all the way to 2.10.0 in order for GIMP to work.
10 lut 2010 · I've just recently been forced to move from a Windows 7 computer to Windows 10. I have a number of problems with GIMP which might be caused by Windows 10, or by the draconian number of "security" programs we are forced to have running on our systems. Here's the situation: (1) I cannot run any version of Gimp newer than 2.10.0.

A bug has been opened one year ago about Gimp 2.10.0-RC1 crashing on Windows 10 at every startup due to a LibreOffice font issue. I don't know wether it has been fixed though it should.
18 sty 2024 · When GIMP does not load on your mac even after you have been using it do this. In a terminal: The -F option prevents loading previous files and the -n creates a new instance
1 dzień temu · You would need to uninstall Gimp completely and reinstall a new Gimp. You can use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall Gimp if you can't do it normally. I would first save your Gimp user stuff, before uninstalling it. Run ccleaner after you've uninstalled Gimp, to see if it finds any left over files.
3 sty 2020 · Hi, I have a new install of Windows 10 Pro x64. I installed Gimp 2.10, but when I go to launch it, nothing happens. I started the gimp console and I got these error messages:
