Sherwood Forest Campground is located on Lake Ore-Be-Gone in Gilbert – Minnesota’s Off-Road Capital. We have direct trail access to the Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle State Recreation Area -Minnesota’s First OHV Park.
The Iron Range Off Highway Vehicle State Recreation Area is located near Gilbert, MN and offers 36 miles of OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) trails. Visitors will immediately see the check-in area at the main office as they enter the recreation area.
With 57 sites, ranging from full-service RV pads to simple, rustic tent spots, this campground offers a breathtaking view of Lake Ore-Be-Gone. The campground has direct access to the Iron Range OHV park, and is on the Mesabi Trail. Enjoy lake access for fishing, boating, and exceptional diving. Walking distance to restaurants.
