This page provides two calculators to allow the beneficiary calculate the relevant distance for identifying the correct unit cost for declaring costs for air or land travel. The unit cost to be paid depends on the distance between the place of departure and place of arrival.

Since 2024, the Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement provides for a super simplified personnel cost calculation option which allows beneficiaires to charge all their personnel costs in HE actions with a single daily rate under a special personnel cost category ‘A.6 HE Personnel unit cost’.
