Since you will be carrying bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical mens bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # Y02531. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance.
4 maj 2013 · Use a rack frame adapter with non-standard bike frames. If you look at the cradles on this old Yakima Rack you will see quickly that those large "ROC Cradles" would not fit any of the frames pictured above easily.
