Does anyone know of any language learning programs that are free for military? I know some base libraries offer Rosetta Stone and other programs if you're stationed there. Tried Googling it but haven't found anything except some discounted offers.

Not sure if it's still a thing, but used to be you could register with softsonline.org and as a DoD member you could take a virtual language course with actual instructors and a class schedule with requirement to take an OPI to progress to the next class.

Look for Language on the bottom left. Click Update language. Under Preferred language, click the menu icon. From the Language menu, select your desired language and region. Click Save updates.
