Puchased a Geekvape ONE four months ago. First pod burned up on my first breath. Ordered two 3 pack replacement pods over the ensuing 4 months. 4 of those 6 did not last a week before burning up. Customer service basically said "Sorry, your problem, not ours". Lousy quality. Abjectly horrid customer service. Will never use this company again.

12 sty 2021 · As others have said, their company is a scam and the customer service is awful - been waiting 2 months for a replacement and dealing with customer service staff who keep fobbing me off. Please don’t waste your time and money on this company Update : replacement was actually eventually sent so 2 stars added
my geekvape aegis had a 50% coil failure rate after reseating. problems with spills, splashing and heavy condensation were the order of the day. the customer service was the icing on the cake.

Disgusted. I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service received with EU Consumer Rights in regards to warranty. I spent $200+ on the Aegis 200W, Aero tank bought separately as there was no 'kit' available in Red, Replacement Tank, extra batteries, and a battery charger, 5 Coils.
